Candelaria
Argañaras
COO
Since 2006, she has relied on her strategic and management knowledge and experience to provide management delegation services to support the development and growth of the local business of her international clients. She now supervises Biznelp's operations globaly. She started her career in an Italian multinational automotive company in Córdoba, Argentina. After a few years, her career continued in the head office in Torino, Italy. During this time, she specialized in controlling. She was in charge of reporting and European and Latin American subsidiaries consolidation. She acquired experience in intercompany operations and subsidiary management.
Candelaria holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina and a Master in International Trade from the Escola Superior de Comercio Internacional in Barcelona, Spain.
François-Eric Perquel
General Manager
François-Eric uses his business knowledge in Europe and Latin America to help foreign companies operate in these countries. He also assists them in creating and managing their local subsidiaries. It facilitates their international expansion. François-Eric is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in the financial world, first working in the stock markets. He gradually evolved into the financial management of companies, briefly passing through venture capital. Over the last 25 years he has dedicated himself to the Capacitis group development. He is co-founder and manager of it.
François-Eric graduated from the BSB (Burgundy School of Business) and completed a Master in International Economics and Management at the SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Head of Finance
Analía has been part of the company since 2011, and, in recent years, she led the accounting and tax department. She supervised this area for both the subsidiary in Argentina and the parent company in Spain. She is currently in charge of financial control, fiscal supervision, and strategic corporate finance projects. She responds directly to the direction committee and provides them with management and strategic analysis reports, including fund flows, budgets, provisional balances, for board decisions.
She began her career in the tax and labor area of an accounting firm in Córdoba, Argentina.
2010, Analía Enrico graduated as a public accountant from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. She also completed various tax, financial and trade training courses since then.

Head of Accounting
Agustina coordinates and supervises the accounting area of the Company. She provides support to the Company's accounting team, coordinating, and supervising recording activities, preparation of Financial Statements and Reporting. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of procedures and internal controls to ensure the reliability of information for strategic decision making. He reports directly to the management team. She consolidated her professional experience working as an accounting analyst in several companies, participating in accounting closing processes, external audits, budgeting and reporting activities.
Agustina Viale graduated as a Certified Public Accountant in 2009 from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Argentina. She has completed a training course in Data Analytics in 2023.

Accounting Manager
Rocío is coordinating business reporting to clients and accounting activities. She interacts with clients globally, prepares financial statements and various internal reports and finally provides them with accounting reports of their subsidiaries to facilitate their decision making. She also performs reconciliation of accounting records, handles quarterly tax filings, and is responsible for compliance with each client's accounting/tax regulations.
In her beginnings in the labor market, she had the opportunity to work in an accounting firm, being responsible for the tax department, collaborating in the administration and the labor area.
Rocío Soria has been studying Public Accounting at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.

Lucas accounting and tax know-how contribute to the company's accounting area. He also carries out compliance with both accounting and tax requirements of clients. HR Manager
Belén coordinates the human resources activities of Biznelp's clients. She uses her knowledge of human resources to support various customers in the different tasks linked to their teams. She is responsible for the payroll, onboarding, and HR regulatory compliance processes (leave management, vacations, etc.), taking into account the different requirements of each country.
Her career allowed him to develop in different companies with very varied fields, thus achieving training in the area and adapting to the various challenges that arose.
Belén Orsini has graduated in HR from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Montserrat Espada
HR Manager
Montserrat is responsible for human resources management for companies with presence in various sectors and markets. Her role is to design and implement human resources policies and strategies that contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the satisfaction of internal and external customers. Her professional career has allowed her to develop in small and large companies, demonstrating great resilience in any situation that may arise.
Montserrat Espada is a social graduate from the Universidad de Barcelona.

Account Manager
Camila supports Biznelp clients. She is active in all interactions with them, from responses to potential clients through the different stages of establishing their subsidiary and managing the needs of the employees of each subsidiary daily. With this objective, she collaborates with the HR department to optimize the clients' operational capacity.
Camila previously worked as an Account Manager in an importing company in Argentina. She supported her main clients throughout all the import processes, the product development and monitoring. She also developed marketing strategies for them.
She has studied Social Communication at the University of San Isidro in Buenos Aires and is currently taking a Graphic Design course.

Saurabh works as strategic financial director for several biotech and medtech companies, helping the CEO and board make decisions that create long-term value. He brings a strong financial perspective to the strategic choices of several young life sciences companies. He positions himself as a value integrator for the CEO to drive long-term growth. Additionally, his areas of interest include complexity science, which helps him understand real-world nonlinearities, real options, and the decision trees framework that captures management flexibility in times of uncertainty. Saurabh, a frequent speaker at various life sciences forums and associations, often covers early-stage valuations. He is the founder and managing partner of Farmantra S.l., a corporate finance consultancy focused on strategic CFO services and early-stage valuation in the life sciences sector
