COO

Since 2006, she has relied on her strategic and management knowledge and experience to provide management delegation services to support the development and growth of the local business of her international clients. She now supervises Biznelp's operations globaly.
She started her career in an Italian multinational automotive company in Córdoba, Argentina. After a few years, her career continued in the head office in Torino, Italy. During this time, she specialized in controlling. She was in charge of reporting and European and Latin American subsidiaries consolidation. She acquired experience in intercompany operations and subsidiary management.

Candelaria holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina and a Master in International Trade from the Escola Superior de Comercio Internacional in Barcelona, Spain.

François-Eric Perquel

François-Eric uses his business knowledge in Europe and Latin America to help foreign companies operate in these countries. He also assists them in creating and managing their local subsidiaries. It facilitates their international expansion. François-Eric is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in the financial world, first working in the stock markets. He gradually evolved into the financial management of companies, briefly passing through venture capital. Over the last 25 years he has dedicated himself to the Capacitis group development. He is co-founder and manager of it.

François-Eric graduated from the BSB (Burgundy School of Business) and completed a Master in International Economics and Management at the SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Head of Finance

Analía has been part of the company since 2011, and, in recent years, she led the accounting and tax department. She supervised this area for both the subsidiary in Argentina and the parent company in Spain. She is currently in charge of financial control, fiscal supervision, and strategic corporate finance projects. She responds directly to the direction committee and provides them with management and strategic analysis reports, including cash flows, budgets, provisional balances, for board decisions.
She began her career in the tax and labor area of an accounting firm in Córdoba, Argentina.

In 2010, Analía Enrico graduated as a public accountant from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. She also completed various tax, financial and trade training courses since then.

Head of Accounting

Agustina coordinates and supervises the accounting area of the Company. She provides support to the Company's accounting team, coordinating, and supervising recording activities, preparation of Financial Statements and Reporting. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of procedures and internal controls to ensure the reliability of information for strategic decision making. He reports directly to the management team. She consolidated her professional experience working as an accounting analyst in several companies, participating in accounting closing processes, external audits, budgeting and reporting activities.

Agustina Viale graduated as a Certified Public Accountant in 2009 from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Argentina. She has completed a training course in Data Analytics in 2023.

Senior Accounting Manager

Rocío is coordinating business reporting to clients and accounting activities. She interacts with clients globally, prepares financial statements and various internal reports and finally provides them with accounting reports of their subsidiaries to facilitate their decision making. She also performs reconciliation of accounting records, handles quarterly tax filings, and is responsible for compliance with each client's accounting/tax regulations.
In her beginnings in the labor market, she had the opportunity to work in an accounting firm, being responsible for the tax department, collaborating in the administration and the labor area.

Rocío Soria has been studying Public Accounting at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.

Andrea leads the accounting and finance departments' tasks in Chile, providing comprehensive support to the team through the coordination and supervision of activities ranging from accounting entries to the preparation of financial statements and reports. For years she has developed skills in process improvement, financial statements, account closings, financial reporting, and audits.

Andrea Tesares graduated as a public accountant in 2015 from the University of Carabobo, Venezuela.

Fiscal Accounting Manager

Lucas accounting and tax know-how contribute to the company's accounting area. He also carries out compliance with both accounting and tax requirements of clients. Among his responsibilities, we can mainly highlight the preparation of accounting, presentation of quarterly taxes, collaboration with the preparation of financial statements, and the preparation of various internal reports.
From the beginning of his career, Lucas specialized in the tax and fiscal areas. He had the opportunity to work in various accounting firms, being responsible for the accounting area.

Lucas graduated as a Public Accountant in 2013 from the Blas Pascal University in Córdoba, Argentina.

As accounting assistant, Esteban is responsible for obtaining and uploading the various receipts, managing the reconciliation, and accounting of client expense reports, and controlling invoices received and issued. In addition, he is handling and processing administrative requests with clients, suppliers, public organizations that the clients require.

Esteban Tolosa is finishing his university degree in public accounting at the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina.

HR Manager

Belén coordinates the human resources activities of Biznelp's clients. She uses her knowledge of human resources to support various customers in the different tasks linked to their teams. She is responsible for the payroll, onboarding, and HR regulatory compliance processes (leave management, vacations, etc.), taking into account the different requirements of each country.
Her career allowed him to develop in different companies with very varied fields, thus achieving training in the area and adapting to the various challenges that arose.

Belén Orsini has graduated in HR from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Montserrat Espada

HR Manager

Montserrat is responsible for human resources management for companies with presence in various sectors and markets. Her role is to design and implement human resources policies and strategies that contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the satisfaction of internal and external customers. Her professional career has allowed her to develop in small and large companies, demonstrating great resilience in any situation that may arise.

Montserrat Espada is a social graduate from the Universidad de Barcelona.

Executive Committee Support Manager

Kamila works as executive board support and is responsible for project management. She provides proactive assistance to the management, manages administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management. She is responsible for managing the External Partner Program and optimizing internal and external communication through various channels.

Kamila Guanotasig graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Universitá degli Studi di Genova in Italy, and has completed two masters in Cooperation and Development Policies and in Leadership for International Relations and Made in Italy.

Martin Chercuetella

Accounting Assistant

Martin works as an accounting assistant, helping the other workers in the accounting area to perform their daily tasks. In addition, he is responsible for uploading and obtaining receipts, with their respective control. Another task he performs is the reconciliation and accounting of client expense reports.

He is finishing his degree in Public Accounting at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Argentina.

Accounting Assistant

Martina works as an accounting assistant, responsible for acquiring and registering a variety of vouchers, carrying out the reconciliation and registration of customer expense reports, and tracking invoices received and issued. In addition, she is responsible for managing and processing administrative requests from both customers and suppliers, as well as public agencies, in the event of a request from customers.

Martina Cancelli is currently completing her university degree in Business Administration at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Argentina.
